About the role

In this position, you will be a key person in our projects. You will ensure that documentation and customer bookings are handled efficiently, accurately, and on time. The role suits you if you enjoy order and organization, thrive on talking to customers, and want to work at a fast pace with clear processes.

Responsibilities

• Book customers for planned work and installations
• Communicate with property owners, residents, and other stakeholders
• Ensure accurate customer and project-related registration
• Collect, structure, and quality assure technical documentation
• Manage checklists, protocols, and documentation before/after work
• Update systems with status, customer information, and documentation
• Support project managers and production with administrative materials

Who are you?

You are service-oriented, meticulous, and have a knack for collaboration. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks but never lose sight of the details.

We believe you have

• Experience in administrative work, customer booking, or technical documentation
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Familiarity with working in various systems and handling documents
• The ability to work systematically and independently

Meritorious

• Experience from construction, fiber, telecom, or civil engineering
• Experience with documentation requirements in project environments
• Knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
